ABOUT DR. KELLAR
Doctor Patricia Kellar has been practicing dentistry since 1987. Dr. Kellar earned her degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston.
She has kept her practice going through the birth of three daughters, a battle with breast cancer, and now four grandchildren.
She is dedicated to giving honest, fair treatments and sees the importance of explaining to her patients their treatment options so they are well informed.
Many of her patients have been with her over twenty five years because of the quality of work and the relationships developed.
OUR SERVICES
Routine Exams and Cleanings
Dr. Kellar recommends dental cleanings every six months. Some patients with gum issues may require more frequent cleanings. Dr. Kellar does an oral cancer exam and a TMJ check at every cleaning appointment. (as a cancer survivor herself Dr. Kellar is commited to providing a complete oral cancer exam) The hygienist takes Xrays, checks health history, and cleans teeth.
Crowns and Implants
When crowns are indicated Dr. Kellar can provide state of the art non metal ceramic crowns. She coordinates implant placement with a trusted circle of specialists who place the implant so that Dr. Kellar can restore the area with a crown.
Emergency Dentistry
We make every effort to see emergency patients on the day they call or next available work day. We follow DEA guidelines regarding pain prescriptions. Dr. Kellar cannot call in medication unless you are a patient of record. Dr. Kellar tries to return all pages on a timely basis.
Referrals
While Dr. Kellar does not perform root canals or extractions herself she maintains a close circle of trusted specialists to provide those services for her patients. The specialist communicate directly with Dr. Kellar to provide quality service to her patients.
