All new patients are required to fill out new patient forms (download here and fill out at home to save time)

At your first visit you are not guaranteed a cleaning. You will receive an exam then Dr. Kellar and our hygienist will determine what treatment is needed.

Cleanings/Exams take about an hour so schedule accordingly.

We try to give fair and reasonable treatment options at Patricia Kellar DDS, but you always have the right to refuse treatment.

Dr. Kellar takes many dental insurance plans but please call in and ask if you are unsure

If you do have insurance please make sure you have updated all your insurance information with our office manager before your appointment.

Dr. Kellar has set usual and customary fees. Your insurance plan my have negotiated a different fee schedule.

We do provide the extra service of filing insurance for our patients! But it is up to you to provide accurate information. You are responsible for the final bill should insurance not pay.
